Bali Nyonga Development and Cultural Association
Bali Nyonga is a Sub-Division in the Mezam Division of the North West Region of Cameroon. Known for its stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage, Bali Nyonga is home to a diverse and resilient population that cherishes its traditions as well as its progress.
The Bali Nyonga Development and Cultural Association (BANDECA) crystallizes those ambitions, serving as the umbrella body for all sons and daughters of Bali Nyonga. We strive to create an inclusive platform that empowers individuals and groups, engages youth, and strengthens community ties.

Dr. Mensah has led BANDECA since its founding, bringing over 20 years of community organizing experience.
Ba Sama Fohtung Samuel Tangang
President General, BANDECA
Ba Sama Fohtung Samuel Tangang leads BANDECA's strategic direction and oversees all development initiatives. He works closely with community leaders, Divisional Councils, and government officials to advance the association's mission of unity, cultural preservation, and sustainable development.

As the Paramount Fon of Bali Nyonga, His Majesty provides cultural guidance and represents the Bali Nyonga community in traditional and developmental matters. His leadership inspires unity and pride across the entire Bali Nyonga diaspora.

A Message from the President General
As we gather in spirit across the globe, I extend warm greetings to each of you. It is with great pride and humility that I write to you today, reflecting on our shared heritage and the vibrant community we continue to build together.
We have embarked on a host of initiatives aimed at bringing our esteemed land back to normalcy, where everyone shall belong and feel at ease. We must bury our differences, forgive one another and trust in our collective strength to empower our youth, preserve our rich cultural heritage, and foster sustainable development.
